    By reviewing the delivery of services (both recurring and non-recurring like standard service requests), seasonal patterns can be identified at a level lower then the Patterns of Business Activities and User Profiles.

    Using the information from this analysis supports a higher quality of the demand forecasting, but can also help to better understand the nature of the business(es) of the Client and bridging the gap of understanding between the Client and Capgemini.
